Dear Mohana,
ReplyDeleteI am happy that you are in the blog finally.Answering your question, white chocolate first appeared in Switzerland in the 1930s. It was invented by Nestlé to use excess cocoa butter. It was first popularly distributed in America in 1948 with the introduction of Nestlé's Alpine White Chocolate bar, which contained white chocolate and almonds.
Dear Mohana,
ReplyDeleteYour earlier question is not so clear. But i think you want to know the differences between white chocolate and dark chocolate.Well Mohana, here are some answers that i manage to derieve from other links. The differences between white chocolate and chocolate are as below:
i.White chocolate does not have cocoa solid that is present in dark chocolate.
ii.White chocolate do not have caffeine due to absence of cocoa solids.
iii.White chocolate has a lot of calcium that needed for the formation of bones and teeth.
iv.In contrary to the benefits of white chocolate, white chocolate was found to have less medical benefits in patients with coronary problems.
I hope the answers has enlightened you.
Thank you.
